These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the website operated by Winfinity Competitions Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”) and your participation in our skill-based prize competitions (“Competitions”).

By creating an account, purchasing entries, submitting a free entry, or otherwise using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you must not use the website or enter any Competition.

2. Eligibility

2.1 You must:

• be 18 years of age or older; and
• be resident in a country where entry into our Competitions is lawful.

2.2 Proof of age and identity may be required before a prize is awarded. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in disqualification.

2.3 Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of Winfinity Competitions Ltd are not eligible to enter.

2.4 Entries from jurisdictions where participation is restricted or unlawful will be void.

3. Nature of Our Competitions (Skill-Based)

3.1 Our Competitions are intended to be skill-based prize competitions, not lotteries or games of pure chance.

3.2 To enter, participants are required to correctly answer a qualifying question or complete a task requiring skill, judgment, or knowledge. The requirement to answer correctly applies to both paid entries and free postal entries.

3.3 We reserve the right to:

• reject entries that do not answer the question correctly; and
• amend or replace questions where necessary.

4. How to Enter

4.1 Entry instructions are displayed on each Competition page and may include:

• selecting the Competition
• answering the qualifying question
• completing payment (for paid entries)
• confirming your details

4.2 An entry is only valid once we have received payment (for paid entries) and issued confirmation, or once a free entry has been processed and accepted.

4.3 The total number of entries may be capped. No entries will be accepted once a Competition is full or closed.

4.4 Automated entries, bulk entries, or entries suspected of manipulation will be void.

4.5 Free Postal Entry Route

4.5.1 A free postal entry route is available for all eligible Competitions.

4.5.2 To enter for free, send a clearly written postcard or letter by first/second class post to:

• the name of the Competition
• your full name
• full postal address
• email address
• telephone number
• your answer to the qualifying question

4.5.3 Each postal entry must be submitted individually and sent in its own stamped envelope. Bulk entries, hand-delivered entries, entries via courier, or multiple entries in one envelope may be rejected.

4.5.4 Postal entries must be received before the Competition closing date. Proof of posting is not proof of receipt.

4.5.5 Correct and eligible postal entries will be treated in the same way as paid entries and entered into the winner selection process with an equal chance of winning.

4.5.6 Incomplete, illegible, or late postal entries will not be accepted.

5. Prizes

5.1 Prize details, including any cash alternatives where offered, are shown on each Competition page.

5.2 Prizes may include vehicles, cash, vouchers, technology, and other items (“Prizes”).

5.3 Images and descriptions are for illustration only. Specifications may vary.

5.4 Prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged unless expressly stated.

5.5 Unless stated otherwise, the winner is responsible for:

• insurance
• road tax, registration, and MOT (where applicable)
• servicing and maintenance
• personal tax liabilities or duties

6. Winner Selection

6.1 Only correct and eligible entries (paid and free) progress to winner selection.

6.2 Where more than one correct entry exists, the winner will be chosen using a fair and transparent randomised process, which may be live-streamed or carried out via an independently verified system.

6.3 The draw date will be published on the Competition page. We may extend or change the date where reasonably necessary (for example, due to technical failure or insufficient entries). Any changes will be announced on the website and/or social media.

6.4 Our decision regarding winner selection is final.

7. Notification of Winners

7.1 Winners will be contacted using the details provided (email and/or telephone).

7.2 If we cannot contact a winner, or the winner fails to respond within 14 days, we reserve the right to:

• disqualify the winner; and
• select an alternative winner.

7.3 Identity and eligibility checks must be completed before a prize is released.

8. Delivery & Collection

8.1 Delivery or collection arrangements will be agreed with the winner.

8.2 Risk passes to the winner once the prize has been delivered or collected.

8.3 Any delivery costs not expressly included on the Competition page will be the responsibility of the winner.

9. Cancellations & Refunds

9.1 Entry fees are non-refundable, except where we cancel a Competition.

9.2 If a Competition is cancelled, we will either:

• refund the entry fee; or
• provide account credit, as clearly communicated at the time.

9.3 Refunds will not be issued due to:

• incorrect answers
• change of mind
• failure to win

This does not affect your statutory rights.

10. Publicity

10.1 By entering, winners agree that we may use their first name, last initial, county, and images/video for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and marketing materials.

10.2 You may request limited privacy, but we may still be required to publish certain information to demonstrate that a valid award has taken place.

11. Fair Use & Conduct

You agree not to:

• create multiple accounts
• interfere with the website
• attempt to cheat or manipulate outcomes
• harass other users or staff

We may suspend or close accounts that breach these Terms.

12. Website Availability

12.1 We do not guarantee continuous or error-free access to the website.

12.2 We are not responsible for entries lost due to network, technical, or system issues outside our control.

13. Liability

13.1 To the fullest extent permitted by UK law, Winfinity Competitions Ltd will not be liable for:

• indirect or consequential loss
• loss of profit, opportunity, or goodwill
• third-party failures outside our control

13.2 Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or death/personal injury caused by negligence.

15. Changes
